Graceview Apartments is a four-bulding apartment complex located at 2322 16th Street SE, in Washington, DC that offers safe and secure low income housing to residents who have completed the House of Help program and are transitioning into mainstream society. 

Graceview offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with utilities included in the rental agreement. Many of the Graceview residents participate in the HOH Homeless to Homeownership program and become successful first time home buyers.
